Located on the bustling OMR corridor in Chennai, India, St. Joseph’s Institute of Technology has been a beacon of quality education since its inception in 2011. Affiliated with Anna University and approved by AICTE, the institute has rapidly evolved into a center of academic distinction.
We offer seven undergraduate programs:
- B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
- B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Tech. in Information Technology (IT)
- B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (ADS) (introduced in 2021)
- B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) (introduced in 2024)
- B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) (introduced in 2025)
In addition, we launched our MBA program in 2022, expanding our academic portfolio to include management education.
In 2017, just six years after establishment, our core undergraduate programs—CSE, ECE, Mechanical Engineering, and IT—were accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
In 2022, we were proud to be granted Autonomous status by the University Grants Commission (UGC), a testament to our commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
