POP Training
St. Joseph’s Institute of Technology organized POP
Training Programme for the II MBA students. The programme
was conducted by RIPE Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., from
20/07/2026 to 25/07/2026 a professional training and
consulting organization specializing in communication,
leadership, team building, and career readiness
development.
Day 1 – 20/07/2026 Foundation & Personality Development
The first day focused on building a strong personal
foundation for professional success. Students explored self-
awareness, positive attitude, confidence building, emotional
intelligence, and personal effectiveness. Various self-
assessment activities helped participants identify their

strengths and areas for improvement. The sessions

emphasized the importance of personality development,

professional behavior, and creating a growth mindset

necessary for managerial careers. Students actively

participated in discussions and reflective exercises that

enhanced their self-confidence and interpersonal skills.
