GUEST LECTURE

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, in association with
IEEE, the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), and IQAC, organized a guest lecture on
“Shaping the Future of Electrical Engineering through Smart Technologies” on 24th
July 2026 for IV Year students. The session was delivered by Mr. Santhosh Y, Co-
founder of DreamDart, Chennai. He shared valuable insights on emerging smart
technologies, digital education, innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-

academia collaboration. Students gained knowledge about current industry trends,
career opportunities, and essential technical and professional skills. The lecture
inspired students to embrace innovation and prepare for future technological
challenges.
