Day 2 – 21/07/2026 Corporate Communication Skills
The second day concentrated on developing effective
corporate communication skills. Students were trained in
verbal and non-verbal communication, business etiquette,
active listening, presentation techniques, email writing, and
professional interactions in workplace settings. Role plays,
group discussions, and communication exercises enabled
students to improve their clarity, confidence, and
professional presence. The sessions highlighted the critical
role of communication in leadership and organizational
success.
Day 3 – 22/07/2026 Team Building Simulation
The third day featured team-building simulations and
experiential learning activities. Students were divided into
groups and engaged in problem-solving challenges,
decision-making exercises, and collaborative tasks. These
activities helped participants understand the importance of
trust, coordination, conflict management, and teamwork in
achieving organizational goals. The simulations created a
practical learning environment where students experienced
the dynamics of effective team performance and
leadership.
