ML Club
The Department of Computer Science and
Engineering successfully organized a Machine Learning Club
event titled "ML Ignite: Think, Discover & Solve – Introduction to
Machine Learning & Problem Identification" on 24.07.2026 for
the benefit of second year students. 36 Students from II year
were participated in the event. The event was conducted to
create awareness about Machine Learning, foster innovation
and problem solving skills, and encourage students to identify
real world challenges that can be addressed using intelligent,
data driven solutions.
The program commenced with an informative session
delivered by Dr. Rajathi C, Assistant Professor, Department of
Computer Science and Engineering, who introduced students
to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, Machine
Learning, and Deep Learning. The resource person explained
the relationship and distinctions among these technologies
while emphasizing their significance in today's rapidly

evolving technological landscape. The session provided
students with a clear understanding of Machine Learning

concepts and motivated them to explore the field as a

promising area for research, innovation, and practical

applications
