6 Dr. R. Kangeyan, Assistant Professor, presented his research work titled
“Soil Nutrient Monitoring based on IoT Enabled Machine Learning

Approach for Crop Suitability Recommendation for Sustainable
Agriculture” at the 2nd International Conference on Visual Analytics and

Data Visualization (ICVADV-2026). The conference was organized by the

Francis Xavier Engineering College from 24–26 February 2026.

7 Dr. Rajeshwari S. , Assistant Professor, successfully completed a Six-Day
National Virtual Faculty Development Programme on "Research Ethics
and Data Analysis Using AI Tools." The FDP was organized by the

Department of Mathematics in association with IQAC & IIC at St. Joseph's

College (Arts & Science), Chennai, held from February 17th to 23rd, 2026.

8 Dr. B. Antline Nisha, Associate Professor of Mathematics, presented a
research paper at the International Conference on Applications of

Mathematics in Modern Science and Technology (ICAMST-2026). The

conference was organized by the Department of Mathematics at Anurag

University, Hyderabad, and held on February 20th and 21st, 2026. She

presented her paper titled "Estimation of a Finite Capacity Public Service
Queue with Regulated Arrival Rates, Anti-Balking and Server

Interruption."

9 Dr. R. Prabakaran, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, presented a
research paper at the International Conference on Convergence of Math

Computing and Data Science (ICCMCD-2k26) organized by Bon Secours
College for Women, Thanjavur. Held on February 23rd and 24th, 2026, he

presented his paper titled "MCDM-Based Decision Support for Optimal

Influenza Vaccine Selection."
