Workshop
The Department of Mechanical Engineering at St. Joseph’s Institute of
Technology, OMR, Chennai, recently organized a specialized two-day
workshop titled "Product Design and Development using CATIA". Held on
February 23rd and 24th, 2026, at the college’s CAD Lab, the event provided
students with a hands-on learning environment to master industry-standard
design tools. The primary outcomes of the session included enhanced CAD
software skills and invaluable practical experience in product design
