The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering

organized a Webinar on IEEE Funding & Recognition Opportunities for

Future Innovators on February 12, 2025. The session, conducted in the

Networks Lab from 1:40 PM to 2:40 PM, was led by Mr. Tabil Ahammed,

Vice Chair of the IEEE Photonics Society, Bangladesh Chapter. The

webinar provided insights into IEEE funding opportunities, membership

benefits, and global competitions for students. Participants gained

valuable guidance on research, innovation pathways, and networking

opportunities for future collaborations. The session successfully

motivated second-year IEEE students to actively engage in international

research and funding prospects.
