achieved a commendable victory by

securing the First Prize in a Technical
Event conducted at Anna University.

She was awarded a cash prize of Rs.

1,250 for her outstanding
performance and technical excellence

in the competition.

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at St. Joseph's

Institute of Technology is proud to share that its student team secured
Second Place at the National Level Hackathon 2026 conducted by

Mahalakshmi Tech Campus, Chennai. Their project, “AI-Powered Web

Safety and Privacy Protection,” was developed an intensive 8-hour

hackathon and was recognized with a cash prize of ₹10,000. This
achievement was accomplished by the dedicated efforts of team members

Ajay J, Blesson Sharon W S, Dev Anandhan M, and their teammate.
