of Chemistry has published a research paper entitled

"Recent advances in polymeric nanoparticle-mediated
drug delivery system across the blood-brain barrier in
Alzheimer’s disease” in the journal of "Colloids and
Dr G. Prabha Surfaces B: Biointerfaces"

Dr A. Kumaresan, Assistant Professor, from the

Department of Chemistry has published a research
paper entitled " Interface-engineered

CuBi2O4/biomass-derived activated carbon composites
for Supercapacitors” in the journal of "Biomass and
Dr A. Kumaresan Bioenergy"

1 The Department of Mechanical Engineering extends its heartfelt
congratulations to Dr. S. Prathap Singh, Assistant Professor, for

his contribution as an Expert Speaker. On March 10, 2026, Dr.
Singh shared his specialized knowledge at a one-day National

Level Workshop titled "Next-Gen Composites: Processing and

Characterization". The event, held at Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar

College of Engineering in Kalavakkam, provided a platform for Dr.

Singh to engage with students and faculty on advanced
engineering materials.

2 Dr. G. Rohini, Professor from the Department of ECE, attended the
inaugural function of the AICTE QIP PG Certificate Programme on

AI and Robotics held on 16th March 2026 at 10.00 a.m. The

programme was organized by National Institute of Technology

Puducherry. The session was graced by the Chief Guest, Dr.
Makarand Madhao Ghangrekar, Director of NIT Puducherry
