PROGRAM
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
successfully organized a School Outreach Event at Mother
Matric Higher Secondary School, Chennai, on 19 June 2026.
The program aimed to create awareness among school
students about emerging technologies and career
opportunities in engineering. Our Faculty members
Dr.P.Anbarasan, Associate professor, Dr.P.Manivannan,
Assistant Professor and III Year Students Aathira E,
Maheshwari G delivered informative sessions on
Renewable Energy: Powering a Sustainable Future, Electric
Vehicle Technology and Its Impact on the Environment, and
the Scope of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The
event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students
and teachers. The initiative inspired students to explore
sustainable technologies and higher education
opportunities in engineering, fostering scientific curiosity
and innovation.
