Industry-Institute Interaction
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized an Industry–
Institute Interaction on 19 June 2026 to strengthen collaboration with leading industries
and create opportunities for students. Dr.N.P.Gopinath, Assistant Professor visited
Mr.Mahendran, General Manager, Maxtherm (India) Pvt. Ltd., a renowned manufacturer
of industrial heating equipment, and Mr.Gokul, Lead Technical, Sakthi Controller Pvt.

Ltd., a technology-driven company specializing in electronics and embedded systems
solutions. Discussions focused on enhancing industry-academia partnerships through
guest lectures, internships, industrial training, and placement opportunities. The

interaction provided valuable insights into current industrial practices and skill
requirements, paving the way for future collaborations that will benefit students’
professional development and employability.

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science,
proudly congratulates Shanjunethra Vishvanathan, Siva
Darshini, and Sivaranjani P. on securing an AI Research

Internship at Nexila Technologies, Chennai. Their achievement
reflects their dedication, perseverance, and enthusiasm for
innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence. This opportunity
will provide valuable industry exposure and enhance their

research and technical competencies. The Department
appreciates the guidance and support extended by the faculty
