Placement Training
The uniqueness of Centre for Training and Placement of this prestigious Institution is prevalent
through the execution of meticulous planning and systematic schedule. It has been functioning
untiringly towards the benefits of the students to strike out a difference in the corporate
world. Our college provides a friendly and challenging environment in order to meet the demands
of today’s competitive world. As the candle spreads, and the mirror reflects the light, the
department spreads the light to reflect the dreams and goals of the students. Instead of waiting
for opportunities, opportunities knock at your door. The infrastructure too enhances the
facilities of the Training and Placement Programmes.
Phases of placement training:-
- Online app test:-
The students are equipped for the placements, right from the first
year. This is done by conducting aptitude tests at specific timings every week. The
hostellers are provided separate systems and internet facilities in the college campus
itself, to enable them to take the tests.
- Placement training:-
In order to ensure the maximum placements for the wards, placement
training is given by professionals. This ensures that they are competent to face the
challenges of placements.
- Placement training during Saturday:-
“Little drops of water, make the mighty ocean.”
During activity Saturdays,
certain sessions are conducted to engage the students in
trivial placement
training. This helps the students to learn modestly through the
activities.

POP Training
The pre final year students, are rigorously trained for the placements here. This is done by imparting individual attention to each student in verbal, non-verbal, quants and soft skill divisions.
PlacementDepartment of Computer Science and Engineering has a creditable record of placement among both UG and PG students. Prominent companies like Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Hexaware, IGATE, INautix, Satyam, TCS, US technologies recruit our students for their outstanding performance. As per recent trends about 90% of eligible final year students , who seek a placement, are placed with reputed organizations at the initiative of the St.Joseph's Institue of Technology prior to their leaving the campus.
