Civil Engineering department was established in the year 2014 with an intake of 60 students. The department focusing to provide world class education to the students by experienced faculty members of various specializations.
The Department offers an undergraduate programme in Civil Engineering. At present we have highly equipped laboratories such as Engineering Practices Laboratory, Computer Aided Building Drawing Laboratory, Surveying Laboratory, Construction Materials Laboratory, Strength of Materials Laboratory, Hydraulic Engineering Laboratory, Soil Mechanics Laboratory, Highway Engineering Laboratory, Water and Waste Water Analysis Laboratory, Computer Aided Design and Drafting Laboratory and Project Laboratory.
The department also has Institute of Engineers (India) student chapter. Our department conducted National and International level workshops, seminars, Conferences and value added courses.
Our department has signed Memorandum of Understanding with various companies for In-plant training, Internship and Placement.
The department is aiming to transform itself into a Centre of Excellence both in academic and research. The department provides a right kind of environment for the students to groom themselves for innovative and challenging near future.
