The Online Staff Research Workshop on "AI in Healthcare" was

conducted from 19.05.2025 to 23.05.2025 between 05:00 PM and 06:30

PM, coordinated by Dr. D. Menaga, Associate Professor, Mr. S.

Janagiraman, Assistant Professor, and Mrs. S. Revathy, Assistant

Professor. With 282 participants, the workshop aimed to equip faculty

members with both foundational and advanced knowledge of AI

technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural

language processing, specifically applied to medical and clinical

contexts. It fostered interdisciplinary collaboration by bridging

computational research and healthcare domains, encouraged

participants to explore innovative research methodologies to address

real-world healthcare challenges, and promoted the integration of AI-

driven topics into academic curricula and research initiatives.

Additionally, the workshop emphasized the importance of ethical and

responsible AI usage in clinical environments, inspiring educators and

researchers to adopt AI solutions thoughtfully and effectively.
