Keerthana from the Department of Computer

Science and Engineering, SJIT, successfully

conducted a workshop for 100 school teachers on

the topic "Using AI Tools for Innovative Teaching."

The session aimed to empower educators with

practical knowledge of AI-based tools to enhance

classroom engagement, support personalized

learning, and develop dynamic assessment

strategies. The workshop featured hands-on

training in AI-assisted content creation, generation

of customized lesson plans, automated slide

presentation design based on topics, unique quiz

question creation, and AI-driven diagram

generation tailored to classroom needs. In addition,

participants explored tools for generating

interactive storytelling resources, converting text to

speech for accessibility, translating learning

materials into multiple languages, and evaluating

student responses using AI rubrics. The highly

interactive session received positive feedback from

attendees, many of whom expressed enthusiasm for

integrating AI tools into their daily teaching

practices to foster a more engaging and inclusive

learning environment.
