Mr. J. Bino, Assistant Professor from the Department of
Electronics and Communication Engineering, has made a
significant contribution to medical AI research with his latest
publication. His paper, titled "Development of a
Comprehensive Deep Learning Framework for Enhanced
Detection and Accurate Classification of Renal Cancer," was
Mr. J. Bino presented at the 2025 8th International Conference on
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR Trends in Electronics and Informatics (ICOEI) held in
Tirunelveli, India. Published in the conference proceedings
(pp. 1056–1062), the paper is now available via IEEE Xplore
with DOI: 10.1109/ICOEI65986.2025.11013372.
Dr. C. Gnana Kousalya, Professor from the Department of ECE, St. Joseph's

Institute of Technology, actively participated in a One Week National Level
Skill Enhancement Program on “Quantum Computing: Concepts and
Research Avenues.” The program was organized by the Department of
Electronics and Communication Engineering at R.M.K. College of
Engineering and Technology from 19th to 24th May 2025.This initiative
provided valuable insights into emerging concepts and ongoing research in
the domain of quantum computing
Dr. R. Kangeyan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and

Communication Engineering at St. Joseph’s Institute of Technology, was
invited as a keynote speaker at the 5th International Conference on
Intellectual Research in Science, Engineering and Management (ICIRSEM
2025). The prestigious event was organized by St. Joseph's College of
Engineering & Technology, part of the DFT Group of Institutions, and held
on May 16, 2025, in hybrid mode. He addressed the gathering on current
advancements and research perspectives in the field of Electronics and
Communication Engineering. ICIRSEM 2025 was chaired by Prof. Dr. I.
Neethi Manickam, Principal of SJCET, with keynote sessions.
