A two-day workshop on electric and
hybrid vehicles was held for II and III-
year Mechanical Engineering students
at EV Paravai from Sept 17-20.
Students learned about vehicle
components, electric propulsion, and
battery management. Expert
instructors guided hands-on activities
and discussed future trends in
sustainable transportation.

on “Digitalization in the Process
Industry” was conducted on
September 20, 2024, by Mr. R. Antony
from FL Smidth. He discussed the
transformative potential of IoT in the
mechanical industry, covering topics
like smart sensors, cloud computing,
and analytics. Students gained
valuable insights and participated in
an interactive Q&A session.
