GUEST LECTURE
On September 19, 2024, the Department of Electrical
and Electronics Engineering hosted a guest lecture titled
"Power Systems, Electrical Sector, and Career Path"
delivered by Mr. Sudharsan D, Senior Technical Manager
at Schneider Electric, Bangalore. Mr. Sudharsan provided
valuable insights into the current trends and challenges
in power systems, emphasizing the importance of
innovation in the electrical sector. He shared practical
career advice, highlighting various pathways for
students, including internships and emerging
technologies. The interactive session encouraged
students to ask questions, fostering a deeper
understanding of the industry's landscape and potential
career opportunities. Overall, it was an enlightening
experience for the second-year students.
