The III Year Department of Information Technology students actively

participated in the Athletics Events and delivered an excellent performance
in both girls’ and boys’ categories, winning several prizes in track and field
events.

In the girls’ category, Athmiya J secured first place in the 100 meters,
Shanmathi K won second place in the 200 meters, Subiksha S secured first
place in the 400 meters, and Vasanthaakshaya A won first place in both

the 800 meters and 1500 meters. Subhashini T achieved first place in
Discus Throw. The 4×100 meters relay team (Athmiya J, Shanthalakshmi S,

Shanmathi K, and Sylashri Rajendran) secured first place, while the 4×400
meters relay team (Subiksha S, Monika S, Aruljothi B, and Reshma) secured
third place.
In the boys’ category, Sibinesh won first place in the 100 meters and second

place in the 200 meters, while Bhuvaneshwaran secured second place in
the 100 meters and third place in the 200 meters. Pravin Kumar secured

second place and Rahul D third place in the 1500 meters, while Rahul D also
won first place in Discus Throw. The boys’ 4×400 meters and 4×100 meters
relay teams secured second place.
