Mr. P. Jegadeesan, Lab Technician of the Department
of Mechanical Engineering successfully completed a
Faculty Training Programme on Programming
Concepts from June 19, 2026, to June 20, 2026, at MIT,
Chennai, the workshop focused on equipping faculty
members with essential software skills, covering
MATLAB basics for applications, Python for
engineering solutions, and Embedded C to enhance
technical support capabilities.

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and
Data Science,successfully organized an Industry
Interaction session with Mr. C.Chemmal swami
Durai, Analyst, Elements Energy. The session
provided students and faculty with valuable
insights into current industry practices, emerging
technologies, and future career opportunities.
