The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized an Alumni Talk on

“Strategic Steps to Crack Caterpillar Placement” on 28th June 2026 for IV Year students.
The session was delivered by distinguished alumni Mr. Mathew, Technical Infrastructure

Engineer, Caterpillar Inc., Bengaluru, and Ms. Jerina Mercy Darling, Frontend

Developer, CISD Team, Caterpillar Inc., Bengaluru (Batch 2014–2018). The speakers

shared valuable insights on placement preparation, aptitude, technical interviews, coding,
communication skills, resume building, and HR interviews. The interactive session

motivated students and enhanced their confidence to prepare effectively for campus

recruitment.
