The E-Cell of St. Joseph’s Institute of Technology organized an inspiring
entrepreneurship masterclass titled “ILLUMINATE 2025” on 11th October
2025 (Saturday) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at AV Hall 1, as part of the
National Entrepreneurship Challenge (NEC) 2025 initiated by IIT Bombay. The
session, led by Mr. Shyam Sekar S, Founder and Chief Mentor of Startup
Xperts, aimed to equip students with entrepreneurial mindset, innovation
strategies, and leadership skills. The engaging session covered key topics
such as growth transformation, building scalable startups, leadership
lessons, and turning ideas into reality, followed by an interactive Q&A and
mentorship segment. The event successfully motivated students to pursue
entrepreneurship with confidence, strengthened the institution’s
collaboration with IIT Bombay, and marked a significant step in fostering
innovation and startup culture among young minds.
