WORKSHOP
The department of CSE(Cyber Security) organized a workshop on ”Essentials
of Web Vulnerabilities “ in association with “ Supraja Technologies “ on
9.10.25 & 10.10.25. The workshop was organized for II year Cyber Security
students. It focused on creating awareness about the risks of insecure coding
and poor security practices. Through practical sessions, participants learned
how to identify, analyze, and mitigate various web vulnerabilities using tools
like OWASP ZAP and Burp Suite. The session also introduced the OWASP Top
10 vulnerabilities and discussed preventive measures to secure web
applications. Overall, the workshop encouraged participants to adopt secure
coding practices and develop a security-first mindset while designing and
developing web applications.
