Prestigious Award

Laashya Lakshmi M, a second-year Electronics and

Communication Engineering (ECE) student, has been

honored with the prestigious Best MATLAB Usage
Award. The award was presented by ARK Empowering

Lives in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation

Council. Laashya stood out among her peers for her

exceptional skills and innovative use of MATLAB

software. Her achievement highlights outstanding
contributions in developing solutions and dashboards

using MATLAB tools.

SBI Life Sponsored HACK-AI-THON

A team of II Year ECE students participated in the regional level round of the SBI Life

Sponsored HACK-AI-THON, held on 25th April 2025 at Taj Connemara, Chennai. The

team was led by Shyam Sundar, with Inbanithi R as the team member. They

successfully completed and presented their prototype during the regional-level

evaluation. The event focused on AI-driven innovations and attracted participants
from various institutions. The presentation marked their involvement in the regional

stage of this competitive event.
