Industry Institute Interaction
I n d u s t r y I n s t i t u t e I n t e r a c t i o n
On 30th April 2025, a productive Industry-Institute Interaction was
organized at Perungudi, Chennai, involving the Department of
Electrical and Electronics Engineering, St. Joseph's Institute of
Technology. The event featured insightful discussions with Mr. P.
Marshall, Senior Executive of Sun Industrial Automation & Solutions
Pvt. Ltd. (SIASPL), and Ms. K. Pushpalatha, Senior Manager at BASE
Automation Technologies. The session focused on bridging
academic learning with industry needs, exploring opportunities for
internships, collaborative projects, and emerging trends in
automation. The interaction proved valuable in fostering industry-
academia collaboration, enriching students' exposure to real-world
engineering challenges and industrial practices.
