PLACEMENT

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at St. Joseph’s

Institute of Technology proudly hosted Conquista 2025 on 10th April 2025,

celebrating an exceptional placement season. A total of 108 students secured
job offers from leading multinational companies, marking a remarkable

milestone. The department achieved 165 total offers, reflecting the
commitment and caliber of its students. Reputed recruiters like Accenture,

Infosys, Hexaware, LTI Mindtree, Avasoft, and CTS Digital Nuture 3.0 led the

placement drives. Additional offers came from top firms including Deloitte,
Zoho, TCS, HCL, PwC, Presidio, and GEAK MINDS TECH. Students bagged

salary packages ranging from 2.5 LPA to an impressive 10 LPA. This success

is a testament to the strong academic foundation and industry-readiness
imparted by the department. The role of the placement cell and dedicated

faculty mentors was instrumental in guiding students through this journey.

Many students received multiple offers, showcasing their versatile skillsets
and interview readiness. The event also honored the relentless hard work and

resilience of the graduating batch. Recruiters appreciated the technical
proficiency, communication skills, and adaptability of the candidates. The

celebration inspired upcoming batches to aim higher and dream bigger.

Conquista 2025 stood as a symbol of transformation from classrooms to
careers. With this success, the department sets new benchmarks for

excellence in placements year after year.
