On 6th September 2024, Department of

Electrical and Electronics Engineering Organized

Mentor Meeting for II year Students. The one-
on-one mentor meeting organized by the

teaching staff was a defining moment for every

student, characterized by insightful guidance
and a renewed sense of purpose. It exemplified

the dedication of the teaching staff to student

success and highlighted the transformative

power of mentorship in fostering academic and
personal growth.

On September 8th, 2024, the
Department of Electrical and Electronics

Engineering hosted an enlightening

alumni talk by Ponnien Selvi L, a Product

Test Analyst at Cognizant. The session,
titled "Strategic Plan to Crack CTS

Placement," was specifically designed

for fourth-year EEE students. Ponnien

Selvi shared her expertise on navigating
the placement process, offering

strategic advice on preparing for

Cognizant’s recruitment. She covered
essential topics such as resume

building, interview techniques, and the

importance of practical experience. Her
insights provided students with

practical tools and strategies to

enhance their placement prospects,

making the talk both informative and
motivating.
