Workshop
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering successfully conducted a
3-day staff workshop on "IT4651 - Big Data Analytics" from November 21 to 23,
2024. The sessions were led by Mr. P. Naresh Kumar, M.B.A., M. Tech, Data
Engineer | Data Scientist, Gainwell Technologies, who provided invaluable
insights into the field of Big Data Analytics. The workshop aimed to enhance
faculty expertise by covering both theoretical and practical aspects, equipping
them with industry-relevant tools like Hadoop, Spark, and Python-based
libraries. Featuring expert lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on
training, the event empowered participants with the knowledge and skills to
align academic delivery with current industry trends. This initiative reflects the
institution’s commitment to fostering professional development and innovation
