The Department of Information Technology organized a pre-placement talk titled
“How to Face Presidio Placement Drive” for the 2023–2027 batch students. The
session was delivered by Mr. Kamesh Raghul R, a Cloud Engineer at Presidio and

an alumnus from the 2018–2022 batch. The event conducted on April 8, 2026,
from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm in online mode via Google Meet, the session provided

valuable exposure and practical knowledge to help students approach placement
drives with confidence and clarity.

1 Dr. P.G.V. Ramesh, Professor and Head of the Department of
Electronics and Communication Engineering, received a Certificate of
Appreciation for his contribution as a reviewer. He served as a reviewer
for the 7th International Conference on Innovative Trends in
Information Technology (ICITIIT’26). The conference was organized by
the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian
Institute of Information Technology, Kottayam, Kerala. The event took
place on March 27–28, 2026, bringing together researchers and

academicians from various institutions.

2 Dr. P.G.V. Ramesh, Professor and Head of the Department of
Electronics and Communication Engineering, has been honored with a

Reviewer Certificate by Springer Nature. He received this recognition

for his valuable contribution in reviewing a manuscript in 2026. His

review work was carried out for The Journal of Supercomputing, a

reputed international journal. This achievement reflects his expertise
and active involvement in advancing high-quality research

publications.
