INDUSTRIAL VISIT
An Industrial Visit was organized for the II Year MBA students on 19th
November 2025 to Royal Hatcheries, Koovathur, with the objective
of providing practical exposure and real-time understanding of
industrial operations. During the visit, students gained valuable
insights into poultry management, production processes, quality
control systems, supply chain practices, and marketing strategies
adopted by the hatchery. The management team at Royal
Hatcheries explained the business model, technological
interventions, and workforce structure that contribute to efficient
operational performance. The visit enabled students to connect
theoretical concepts learned in the classroom with real industrial
practices, enhancing their knowledge of production management.
Overall, the visit proved to be highly informative and beneficial,
promoting experiential learning and strengthening industry–
academia interaction.
