The Department of Management Studies
organized a Value-Added Course on
“Personality Enrichment” for the I Year MBA

students from 3rd November 2025 to 5th
November 2025. The session was conducted by

Mr. Deepak Gaba, Co-founder of Corpversity, a
reputed corporate training organization known
for its focus on leadership development and
professional excellence.

The primary objective of this course was to
enhance the students’ personal effectiveness,

communication skills, confidence, and
professional attitude, which are essential traits
for successful managers and future leaders.

Throughout the three-day program, Mr. Deepak
Gaba engaged the students with interactive
sessions, group activities, and case-based

discussions aimed at developing a positive self-
image and improving interpersonal skills.
