Visit
Department Management Studies organized an Industrial Visit for the I MBA
students to Tirumala Milk Products Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, on 30th October 2025.
The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to industrial
operations and supply chain management in the dairy sector. During the
visit, students were given an overview of the company’s production process,
quality control measures, packaging techniques, and distribution strategies.
The company officials explained how technology and management
practices are integrated to ensure product quality and operational
efficiency. The visit helped students relate theoretical concepts learned in
class to real-time industrial practices, enhancing their understanding of
production and marketing management. Overall, the industrial visit was an
enriching learning experience that provided valuable insights into the
functioning of a leading dairy product manufacturing company.
