Two students from Dept of ECE, Imman F and Joseph Beniel K of III

year, participated in a five-day workshop on Doppler Radar

Orientation organized by the Indian Meteorological Department

(IMD), MoES. The program, held on February 27 & 28, and March 3, 4,

& 5, 2025, provided hands-on exposure to advanced observational
technologies, DWR calibration, and live system accuracy

verification. The students had the opportunity to interact with

experts, enhance their technical knowledge, and understand real-

time meteorological applications. This initiative aimed to ignite

interest in meteorological technology and its day-to-day
applications among aspiring engineers.
