organized a workshop on

"Getting Started with
MATLAB: Fundamentals

for Communication

Engineers"
on 27th February 2025. The session was conducted by Ms. S.

Sindhukavi, Assistant Professor, Department of ECE, exclusively for

IEEE student members. The workshop, held at the Networks Lab from

1:40 PM to 3:00 PM, provided hands-on experience in MATLAB for

communication applications. The session was highly interactive and
informative, equipping students with essential computational skills.

conducted a webinar on "Exploring the Impact
and Applications of 5G Technology" on 26th
February 2025. The session was delivered by
Mr. Parameswaran R, an IEEE Young
Professional and Anna Centenary Research
Fellowship recipient, who provided valuable

insights into the advancements and
applications of 5G technology. The webinar,
held at 6:00 PM via Google Meet, attracted

enthusiastic participation from students and
faculty members. The session proved to be
highly informative and engaging, shedding
light on the future of wireless communication.
