Glug Meet
On 17th August , 2024, the Department of Computer Science and
Engineering organized a GLUG (GNU/Linux Users Group) meet focused on
Android Open Source Project Development. The event, held from 10:00 AM
to 11:30 AM in AV Hall 1, was graced by Mr. Rajin Gangadharan, a Software
Engineer at Zeb, as the guest speaker. Aimed at II-year students, the
session provided an in-depth exploration of Android open-source projects,
highlighting the significance of open-source contributions in the tech
industry. Mr. Rajin shared his knowledge and experience, guiding students
on how to get started with Android development and contributing to open-
source projects.
