                                                                      2.0 comprised two rounds,

         attracting  52  teams  organized  into  seven  groups,  totaling  106  students  at  the
         outset.  Renowned  Judges  Prabu  Jayaselan,  Associate  Engineering  Manager  at
         Virtusa,  Keerthivasan  Kannan,  AWS  Community  Builder  and  Senior  Cloud
         Engineer at Mindera, and Raghul Gopal, AWS Community Builder and Machine
         Learning  Engineer  at  Verschool  Holdings  shortlisted  the  leading  group  for  the
         final round, where they competed for the highest honors. Gabriel Alwin Varun.S,
         ADS,  and  Vigneshwaran  J,  CSE,  emerged  as  the  winners,  while  Arthi  S,  IT,
         secured the runner-up position. Special mention was given to Krishnaa S, CSE,
         and  Brendan  Ryan  Devasagay.A,  CSE.  The  overall  champion  was  the  Glacier
         Guardians team. The winning and runner-up teams received a cash prize, a $100
         worth voucher, AWS goodies, and a shield.

          TBy  participating  in  this  initiative,  students  gained  valuable  problem-solving  and
                               Machine learning competition _ Kaggle based
          critical thinking skills crucial for navigating the complexities of the tech industry. This
          workshop exemplifies the department's commitment to equipping students with the
          necessary tools and knowledge to thrive in their academic and professional endeavors.














          The Kaggle competition is hosted on May 6th 2024. The topic is water quality and portability
          classification problem .Water quality and potability are crucial aspects of ensuring access to
          safe and clean drinking water for human consumption. A Total of 32 batches completed the
          work . Total batch got 71.49 accuracy. The event was a testament to the power of collaboration
          and dedication in the field of AI. The scholars aspired to craft intricate models, meticulously
          designed to forecast the potability of water, thereby adding their expertise to the noble pursuit
          of safeguarding pristine and secure drinking water reservoirs, an endeavor paramount to the
          preservation of human well-being.
