The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was started since the inception of college in August 2011 with an intake of 60. We provide individual attention and world class quality of education. - Our Department has signed MoUs with various companies like NSIC, Tamilnadu Small and Tiny Industries Association, ICT Academy, Voltech Engineers Private Limited, CDCE Automation, etc., These industries extend their support in academic projects, internships, technical seminars, workshops, value-added courses for the students and faculty members.
- The department is equipped with major laboratories on latest technology and four industrial collaborative labs to train the students in recent trends.
- We have creditable record of placement among our students who were placed in many leading organizations like Soliton, Bosch, ZOHO, Mindtree, L&T Infotech, VVDN, Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, etc., with a salary package ranging from Rs. 3 lakhs to 7.5 lakhs per annum.
- Our Alumnus are pursuing their higher education in prestigious universities in abroad like UCLAN University of Central Lancashire, University of New Haven, State University of New York, Kedge Business School etc.
- Our Department has completed 7 consultancy works worth Rs.76,19,416/- for various industries like Voltech Engineers Private Limited, CDCE Automation, Sintex-BAPL Ltd, Technosys and GK CNC Axis Solutions.
- We have received the Financial Grand of Rs.2,81,667/- from AICTE towards organizing the “Short Term Training Program” under AQIS 2019-20 Scheme and also received Rs. 93,000/- under AICTE Teaching and Learning (ATAL) Academy Programme for conduction of faculty development programme.
